High Intensity Interval Training
High Intensity Interval Training, commonly referred to by it’s acronym HIIT, are workout programs that follow a format that combines short periods of intense exercise with longer periods of rest or low-intensity exercise.
In other words, during your HIIT workout, you’ll be engaged in short sequences of exercises that elevate your heart rate immediately followed by a rest and recovery period.

Jump Rope ー a staple that can be carried and used in most spaces to create a high intensity circuit
